MessageType.APPLICATION constant in use?

Hi

I can't find a use for the constant MessageType.APPLICATION in the pivot
code.

Is it intended for something, or can I remove it?

I believe it was originally intended to propagate the application icon to an alert or prompt - I believe some OS X applications do this. However, it is probably safe to remove.
