It looks like where we want to link now is at the files in https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/trunk/docs/ such as Home.md for documentation homepage (and installation instructions). We also need to updated (and eventually de-activate) the cwiki apache wiki (i.e. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MESOS/Index ) which is linked to from http://incubator.apache.org/projects/mesos.html and currently has a link to the old github wiki.

BTW, for whoever does this task, the webpages that make up the mesos website is stored in SVN at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/mesos/www/ which get's built periodically (via some cron job) to become http://incubator.apache.org/mesos/ but which must still be manually checked out after ssh-ing into a 3rd party web host machine for mesos-project.org

Ben, I'd suggest you re-activate the Mesos github wiki until all of these links are updated.
