Are we going to create this as a new connector or replace the existing one.
The reason, I am asking this is. Livelink 9.* and Content Server 10.0 prior to service pack doesn't support Rest API, so existing users will not be able to update their Livelink Connector.
Optionally we can create a new connector called [mcf-otcs-connector], so that existing user can use Livelink Connector and users having Content Server 10.0 (with Rest API) and above can use this new connector.
