Wicket Ajax with event listeners

Hi,

I just committed the patch for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-3367 in current trunk.
There are few known problems (and I guess many more unknown) but
generally the new code is behaving well. I wanted to commit it now so
other devs/users can use it and report problems.
These days I'll update https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/NK2oAQ
with more docs.
