Hi [~james@jamestaylor.org],
   I have attached the first drop of code for importing data from Sqoop onto Phoenix. Kindly review it.  
   
   I need some assistance on how to handle the artifacts Sqoop provides for Hadoop 2. Currently, the pom.xml of the main project is a bit off and I will correct it based on feedback.
