Unofficial Tapestry newbie doc

Hi,

I have put together a newbie doc from my learning experiences that may 
not be of much use to a lot of them in this forum but thought it may be 
of some help to at least a few.  Any validations / comments / feedback 
are most welcome.

It took me a week to put this together (part-time of course) and I 
realized what goes into writing a book. Now I have the patience to wait 
for Howard's book ;)
