snapshooter configuration

Hello,
 
In my solrconfig I have the entry:

I am unable to get this wokring - the catalin.out is unable to find
snapshooter.

 

Do others give the full path to snapshooter?  Why do the template docs
not say /full/path/to/snapshooter
