Merged hcat shim layer into hive shim layer.  Now the same hive-shims.jar can be used by hcat/webhcat to run against Hadoop 1 and Hadoop 2.

For example SQOOP-931 introduces Sqoop/HCatalog integration and Sqoop builds with Hadoop 1.x and 2.x releases.
