CloudSolrClient retries some requests and re-fetches ClusterState if it thinks there was a communication error.  It ought to consider UnknownHostException as such a case since this will happen when a node is shut down (esp. in cloud infrastructure), so that it refetches ClusterState and finds another replica that is available.
