[users@httpd] Directory Listing UTF-8

I have problems with apache 2.0.40
The Filesystem is UTF-8
If i create a directory listing which
contains non-ASCII characters, the width
is too small (it calculates the width based on
Bytes instead of Unicode characters ...
for example "ΓΌ" will be calculated as 2 Characters.)

Is there any possibility to tell apache to
correctly understand UTF-8 Filenames (and calculate
filename length correctly for the directory listing) ?

Thanks in advance,
TripleD
