What is going on with the Ant fetch.xml repositories?
They all suck...
Here's our fetch.xml after fixing several bad repositories.. (Please note, we
cheated and downloaded maven-artifact-2.0.4-dep.jar into $ANT_HOME/lib
ourselves)....

For bash:
