Cache tag library?
What happened to the Cache tag library by Jakarta? I can't find binaries
anywhere. Is there another alternative somewhere?

It's retired (http://jakarta.apache.org/site/retired-taglibs.html),
and only available from SVN - I don't think there was ever a release.
I don't know of any alternatives.
