[jira] [Commented] (CTAKES-445) java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
URI is not hierarchical -
org.apache.ctakes.lvg.resource.LvgCmdApiResourceImpl.load

James Joseph Masanz commented on CTAKES-445:
--------------------------------------------
After applying the patch and building a 4.0.1 SNAPSHOT of cTAKES, when I try to run that cTAKES from another project that uses that cTAKES as a maven dependency, I get the same as Michael (as reported in http://markmail.org/message/ltehzxvxr3hyc5dv )
So I've verified the patch doesn't fix that case. I can apply the patch as an improvement for now, while working toward a better long-term solution. My testing was on Windows. maven claims it was successful, even though you can see the errors logged:

> When using cTAKES as maven dependency and invoking his (Dima's) program using:
> mvn exec:java -Dexec.mainClass=“org.apache.ctakes.pipelines.UmlsLookupPipeline”
> Not sure which release this originated in. reproduced it in 4.0
