Hello Karsten,

I assume you are referring to getting full DocBook working as the source 
documentation in Forrest using the DocBook stylesheets for the 
tranformation 
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=forrest-dev&m=107480812000486&w=2).

You're welcome to use my sitemap.xmap to do the conversions (attached). 
It requires that docbook files are saved with the extension 'dbxml' (a 
hack, I know). And obviously you'll have to change the src of the 
docbook transforms (see lines 253 and 352) to your own path. Also, I 
changed my Docbook to HTML stylesheets so that only the body (content) 
was transformed.

I'm cc'ing the Forrest Mailinglist just in case someone else runs into 
the same problem. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any problems.
