[~Zentol], I am trying to contribute to this ticket, but not knowing too much background of Record API, my best guess to do is to 

# Delete RecordOperator.java # as requested 
# Remove "implements RecordOperator" from NoOpUnaryUdfOp.java and NoOpBinaryUdfOp.java # because the marker should be removed.
# Delete RecordModelPostPass.java # as it seems to dedicated to Record API as the javadoc said "Post pass implementation for the Record data model."

One thing I'm not sure is what to do with Plan.java [pointing to RecordModelPostPass|https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-core/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/api/common/Plan.java#L318-L319]. What PostPass class should be set there?
Let me know if I'm on the right track.
