Portlets & roles
I'm wondering if all security stuffs are done in jetspeed.
I want to create a portlet for a specific user role. What I have to do for that ?
I added in the portlets.xreg, the following new portlet entry :
<portlet-entry name="Secure-portlet" hidden="false" type="ref" application="false" parent="HTML">
<meta-info>
<title>Secure Portlet </title>
<description>Test</description>
</meta-info>
<url>/secure-welcome.html</url>
<security role="manager"/>
</portlet-entry>
After, When I'm connecting with a user which has not the manager role, I can add this portlet in my personnalized page. What's wrong ?
Christophe

Christophe,
I believe it is still being implemented/developed in 1.3a2-dev, search
the mailing list (http://www.mail-archive.com).

sounds like a bug.
There is nothing to stop you from adding the portlet directly to the psml
with a text editor,
but in the customizer, the portlet should not be shown in the list of
available portlets when the user doesn't have the required role.
