Hi all,

There are several fixes to be included to M3 release so I'm going to
launch today next snapshot building and testing. Please let me know if
you know not committed updates/fixes for the next release candidate.

Please consider applying the quickfix for (HARMONY-4184)
[classlib][security]DefaultPolicy fails to grant Permissions according
to policy file to classes in extension directory. It might be a
blocker for some security-related scenarious.
