   ### What happened
   
   When a workflow has only one node, this node is associated with one or more resource files, and the workflow is online, I can still delete the associated resource files. 
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   I think as long as the workflow is live, the resource files associated with it should not be able to be deleted.
