how 2 instructions needed for Apache

*Dear Operations Tech Staff of Apache.*
I need asap to restore the A to Z  files in the Apache Open Office.  These
files are very important and

I cannot find a way to return to the normal alphabetic listing.  I do not
think it was a crash senario

since I clicked on a function icon--------providing most recent e-letter
configuration

 I would greatly appreciate that you contact me ASAP!!!
