system vm template

The systemVM template used by cloudstack are Debian Squeeze, while they are marked as Debian lenny in DB.
Now that Xenserver 6 supports Debian  squeeze and with the older version not supported, we should move the templates to new version for Xensrever 6.0.

Just update db should be enough?
