still no go:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: File "file:///c:/doc/xml/docbook-xsl/html/docbook.xsl" not found.
	at org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl.newTemplates(TransformerFactoryImpl.java:815)
	at org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process.main(Process.java:458)

BUT: "file://c:/xml/name.xsl" appears to be treated differently:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: z
	at org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl.newTemplates(TransformerFactoryImpl.java:804)
	at org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process.main(Process.java:458)
---------
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: z
	at org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl.newTemplates(TransformerFactoryImpl.java:801)
	at org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process.main(Process.java:458)

any suggestions?
