   Note: we really need to develop Feed into being a first-class citizen of the manifest, that is, we need to:
   
   1. Support "operation" declarations along with the Input Parms. 
   2. Support actual Credential datatype
   3. future: work to document error codes ???
   
   and encourage not having ALL parameters available for ALL operations (wasteful/inaccurate).
