Steps to reproduce:
* Open Archiva
* Open Login
* Enter wrong credentials

With every failed login the messages
a) are shown twice
b) multiply after every attempt (first 2 messages, then 4 messages, then 8).

The action seems to be triggered more than once. After using false credentials 2 times, clicking on "Password reset", I got 6 mails from archiva.
