Gump+Chainsaw+JmDNS

After quite a bit of too-ing and fro-ing, I now have JmDNS as a gump  
project (thanks to Bill Barker and Stefan Bodewig for helping me over  
the line).

I plan to add JmDNS as a dependency for Chainsaw today, however I  
should note that it turns out that any source forge project may not  
always successfully build due to CVS timeouts.
