I have already some admin rights, for instance I can create and archive versions. I have other rights but don't really know where they begin and stop...

This is annoying because we use versions in our change logs https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:changelog-panel and we lost all the related information (which changes were related)
Can we get back the relation between changes (commits) and the  13.07.01 version? 
Should I use another Jira issue for that?
