The culprit is here: http://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MVNCENTRAL-71
Someone in all its wisdom simply deleted the (presumably incorrect) jstl-1.2.jar from maven central... Now I wonder: how many projects are going to break because if this?
At any rate, everyone will have to update their dependency for this, which now has move to: org.glassfish.web:jstl-impl
I've updated the poms as well as cleaned up the jsp-api and el-api dependency configurations.
Should build and work again now.
