Build Update

The build server formerly hosted by CodeBetter has seemingly crashed.
Luckily, the guys at JetBrains took over and our builds can be found on
their TeamCity server at
https://teamcity.jetbrains.com/project.html?projectId=LuceneNet&tab=projectOverview;
your old accounts from the codebetter.com server should work. If you didn't
have an account provisioned you could just click "Continue as Guest."
