[PATCH] fix for FAQs

Hi,

Since I didn't break too much last time...

Here is a patch:
- FAQ does "part" and "faq" elements
- handle FAQ in subdirs
- make links in pdf document more obvious (blue, underlined)
- couple of other minor things

The validation is very handy, makes things easy.
