I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to follow up on my previous
email regarding access to the portal. I am still encountering issues when
trying to log in and haven't received any update on my request.

Could you please confirm if my access request has been processed?
Additionally, could you check if there might be an older user ID with my
name that could be causing the conflict?

We received another user request with the new user_name: "Dhruv_Sonagara".
I have accepted the same..please login with new credentials and let me know.
