Joe Bowser commented on CB-12601:
---------------------------------
Discussion and initial report for this was found on the PR for the original fix: https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/pull/337
> Pause Event is broken after Content Policy Fix for Google Play
> --------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: CB-12601
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-12601
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Android
> Environment: Apparently the fix for CB-11935 breaks Pause Events because they're now run when the timers are restarted, and not before the timers are stopped. It's most definitely a device and Android version specific bug, since this is partially tested by mobile-spec, but we're probably going to need to have more tests of this behaviour written up in Integration Testing.
> This is going to be a hard fix to figure out, but it's pretty damn important.
