[DOCS][ASF4.0] Status of doc book

The current document hierarchy are far from the guide in link [1].
eg: I signed up "Installing the usage server, SSL, database
replication" which belong to "additional installation" section in the
link [1] attachments. But now I've no idea which location should I put
them.

There are also some other chapters include part of the content above.
Should we still refer to the link [1] ?
