Due to a network glitch a subset of Ducc agents (P7's) stopped receiving messages. The outgoing messages seem not to be effected by the glitch. Both the inventory and metrics were being dispatched ok.
Seems like either Camel, Spring or AMQ were not recovering after such an event. 

Try to replicate the scenario and see if there is a general solution to the problem of losing broker temporarily.
