jenkins - remove old jobs | access rights

can someone who has the appropriate access rights on Jenkins remove the old jobs as outlined here
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-6427?focusedCommentId=15769705#comment-15769705

or - alternatively - give me the rights to do it.

I've deleted the old jobs. The job dsl plugin job intentionally
disables instead of deleting to prevent mistakes from deleting whole
jobs with potentially valuable histories. But we can adjust that if we
think it's a good idea.
