   FindBugs report issue "Synchronization performed on java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentMap"
   in class org.apache.kylin.stream.coordinator.assign.AssignmentsCache. 
   use ConcurrentMap.computeIfAbsent to rewirte the code, logic remain the same.
