[jira] Created: (MEV-198) Hibernate dependencies that should be optional

Hibernate dependencies that should be optional
----------------------------------------------

         Key: MEV-198
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEV-198
     Project: Maven Evangelism
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Dependencies
    Reporter: Johannes Brodwall

The following are not optional, but should be (according to the Hibernate README):

* ant:ant
* odmg:odmg (this is not even present in the Hibernate lib directory, should it be removed?)
* javax.security:jacc (especially important, since it has the evil %##!! licensing issues)

The following IS required, but is specified as optional, much to my chagrin when I tried debugging subtle errors...:
* ehcache:ehcache
