Why has my mirror been shutdown, have not made any changes and was running smooth for months.

I have check my server everything is the same;

* */8 * * * /usr/bin/rsync -rtlzv --delete rsync.us.apache.org::apache-dist /home/poolsabo/publi
c_html/apache

This means the script above is run every 8 hours.
I checked the log -->  /var/log/cron log file, which shows it is run no more than every 8 hours.
