问题描述：
包含对齐序列的template，可以set到非对齐设备上，导致对这些序列写数据报错。
测试用例：
create schema template t_aligned aligned (a_0 FLOAT encoding=Gorilla, a_1 double encoding=Gorilla);
insert into root.test.dev2(time,s_0,s_1) values(1,2,3);
{color:#DE350B}set schema template t_aligned to root.test.dev2;{color}
create timeseries of schema template on root.test.dev2;
