[jira] [Created] (EXTCDI-212) improve logging in the ActivationExtension and ProjectStage producer

improve logging in the ActivationExtension and ProjectStage producer
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: EXTCDI-212
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/EXTCDI-212
             Project: MyFaces CODI
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 1.0.0
            Reporter: Mark Struberg
            Assignee: Mark Struberg

The ActivationExtension should log information about any vetoed bean.
It's currently really hard to understand what's happening.

We should also log the current ProjectStage, etc
