Re: CORBA and Tomcat

I'm using OOC's Orbacus with Tomcat-3.2.1.  Tomcat seems to work fine under 
Netbeans (tomcat) and the application
works fine under Resin.
However with Tomat, I get the Exception:

org.omg.CORBA.INITIALIZE: can't instantiate default ORB implementation 
com.ooc.CORBA.ORB  minor code: 0  completed: No

This is on a Windows 2000 system.  I would appreciate any suggestions on 
how to correct the configuration.
I'm using the 
-Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBClass=com.ooc.CORBA.ORB 
-Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBSingletonClass=com.ooc.CORBA.ORB
