Since ActiveMQ Artemis Rest has been non functional for a while, we have been asking users to not use it for a few years, and as part of a discussion on the dev list, I am now removing ActiveMQ Artemis Rest module and all of its dependencies.


It would be better to also promote artemis as 3.0 as part of this removal. Not totally mandatory since it wasn't used for a while, but since we are due to make it 3.0 this will also incur on Artemis moving as 3.0.
