[ADDON] index.html.hr -- Croatian

Hi,

Here is a localized Croatian index.html and a patch to index.html.var
Like to see that in the main dist :-)

Perhaps Stipe Tolj (cygwin port). Didn't contact him but he definitely
has a name that sounds like Croatian :-)

We always like to include additional translations, but is this ISO-8859-1?
That's the default (per rfc) so you need to give us a charset if it's not.

Note that we always prefer a second speaker (at least as a second langauge.)
As a native speaker - we trust you, but we've had too many poor translations
in the past (one was so horrible it was a running joke to native users ;)

If anyone would vouch for the translation, we can drop it in (I have it
patched already and read-to-commit.)
