Does this still belong?
on the /ABOUT_APACHE.html page?
"If you have user/configuration questions, subscribe to the Users list or try the
USENET newsgroups "comp.infosystems.www.servers.unix" or
"comp.infosystems.www.servers.ms-windows" (as appropriate for the platform you use)."
Are these active, useful and clueful still?

I can't speak for the windoze group, but the unix one is better than
most newsgroups these days. Perhaps not the most active, but still sees
a bit of traffic.

I haven't actually looked at those groups in *years*, but there may be
clueful people there. We should trawl the groups for a few days before
axing those recommendations.
