Provide REST-based server endpoint in order to interact with Ignite cluster.
 - need to investigate existing implementations that can be easily used (RESTEasy, CXF, Jersey, etc)
 - prototype REST API (schema, versioning, etc)
 - Documentation of API (OpenAPI/Swagger)
 - integrate with CLI
