Multi-node cluster

How to setup a multinode cluster over a cloud and calculate the computing
time difference?
And if I use Amazon EC2 , or any other cloud can it be free..I mean what's
the best option.

You are looking to setup Hadoop on different clouds and measure the
performance?
Different cloud providers have different free tiers you can take a look
there. For more in-depth Hadoop questions you are better served at Hadoop
users group.
