    Description: 
Copy any valid maven project to a directory whose name contains an ampersand (e.g. "C:\Users\myname\projects & stuff\mavenproject"). CD to the project directory and run "mvn clean install".

Expected result:

Build proceeds normally

Actual result:

Build fails with output similar to:

The system cannot find the path specified.
The system cannot find the path specified.
The system cannot find the path specified.
The system cannot find the path specified.
'stuff' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
The system cannot find the path specified.
[INFO] Scanning for projects...

[INFO] BUILD FAILURE
