   ### Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?
   5.5.1-SNAPSHOT master 677749f1df92587db308eab0dc2daeee0a1d24dc
   
   ### Which project did you use? ShardingSphere-JDBC or ShardingSphere-Proxy?
   ShardingSphere-Proxy
   
   ### Actual behavior
   1. register to storage units in a logical database
   2. set default single table storage unit before start migration
   3. migrate a table into logical database
   4. the router of create table is random
   
   ### Reason analyze (If you can)
   The single rule was reset in ShardingSpherePipelineDataSourceCreator, but the default data source was lost.
