The maven repository has the jtds jar at:

http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/sourceforge/jtds/jtds/1.2.4/jtds-1.2.4.jar

... and the MySQL jdbc driver is at:

http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/mysql/mysql-connector-java/5.1.18/mysql-connector-java-5.1.18.jar
