In some cases the SVRL output is needed regardless of validation outcome.  This output is currently discarded after parsing for errors in org.apache.daffodil.validation.schematron.SchematronValidator.

Two approaches:
1. log the SVRL as info level output from the validator
2. add an option to the schematron config to write the SVRL to a file
