[HEADS UP] Remove FTP Blob Strategy
I’m planning on removing the FTP Blob Strategy from activemq/activemq-client
JIRA AMQ-8341:
ref: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-8341
1. FTP is trending down in the industry. Being removed from web browsers and replaced by HTTPS/SCP/SFTP or other secure-by-default file transfer protocols for back-end processing
2. commons-net jar is a dependency only used for the FTPClient
3. An HTTP Blob Strategy is available that uses the JDK HTTP client
I plan on submitting the PR under AMQ-8341
Thanks,
Matt Pavlovich

No objection from my side.

Titling the JIRA with 'Remove' rather than 'Deprecate' would seem
clearer if a straight up removal PR is planned.
