[I] Honor the JAVA_HOME and JDK_HOME environment variables in nbexec script [netbeans]

   visualvm ignores the JAVA_HOME environment variable on Linux.

   Unix startup script
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   - Use Linux
   - Use jenv and set it up correctly to also set JAVA_HOME
   - start bin/visualvm
   - get error message

   Debian 24.04 x86_64 
   
   ### JDK
   
   OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.28+6-post-Ubuntu-1ubuntu124.04.1)
